PAYMENT AND PRICING
We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. In the event that we are unable to provide the services, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the products.

USE OF VOUCHER CODES
Our Site do not accepts the use of voucher codes for orders placed online.

PRICE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, Visa Electron, Switch/Maestro or Cash. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cheques and do not offer credit accounts.
If you have paid on your debit or credit card you will be charged once the order has been placed and we will email you to confirm once your order has transferred to the Warehouse and been fully processed for dispatch.

If you card has been declined, this may sometimes mean your bank may hold funds for up to 3 days, in this instance, please contact you bank.

We will not be held responsible for charges or interest added to credit cards after a purchase.

FURTHER INFORMATION FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS:
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.

SHIPPING DELAYS:
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges, It is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays.

DELIVERY FOR LACE CLOSURES, LACE FRONTALS AND FULL LACE WIGS.
Lace products are usually shipped out within 2-6 weeks once your confirmation email is sent out. We will make every effort to deliver within the time frame stated. However, as delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure.
Delivery for other Products including Hair Extensions
Hair extensions are usually sent out next day guaranteed delivery when ordered within the UK before 4pmGMT. All international orders will arrive within 5-14 working days via standard delivery. Express delivery will arrive in 2 working days.
